Our Personal Insurance Account Managers contributes to the success of Bankers Insurance by providing no excuse customer service to their assigned clients.  Key responsibilities include:

·         Assisting customers in all matters regarding their personal insurance (auto, home, rental, motorcycle, boat, etc.)

·         Providing customers with price quotes regarding their personal insurance

·         Ensuring that customers have a full understanding of their insurance policies and insurance needs

 

Successful candidates will have:

·             Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·             Superb attention to detail

·             Experience providing top notch customer service (2 years or more)

·             Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications

·             Possess a college degree (preferred)
