IIANC complies with Title III of the ADA Act.
By attending an IIANC-sponsored event/class, you acknowledge and understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event/class, and you hereby grant IIANC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your image or likeness for any lawful purpose relating to promotion of this event/class or marketing of future IIANC events/classes, in any print, digital or online media, without right of prior approval of the use.
Education Courses
3 Hour CE Classes
Any changes made regarding this registration after receipt by IIANC will incur a $15 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within five business days of the class. IIANC reserves the right to reschedule, cancel classes or change class facility/hotel location. You will be notified promptly if any changes are made and a full refund or transfer of the registration fee will be made. ALL CANCELLATION AND TRANSFERS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING.
6 or 7 Hour CE Classes (including CISR and AAI classes)
Any changes made regarding this registration after receipt by IIANC will incur a $25 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within five business days of the class. IIANC reserves the right to reschedule, cancel classes or change class facility/hotel location. You will be notified promptly if any changes are made and a full refund or transfer of the registration fee will be made. ALL CANCELLATION AND TRANSFERS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING.
CIC Institutes
Any changes made regarding this registration after receipt by IIANC will incur a $25 processing fee. Cancellations of a CIC Institute or James K. Ruble Graduate Seminar within 10 business days of the institute will incur a $100 processing fee. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING.
Events/Conferences
Attendee Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to the registrar via email (jszewczyk@iianc.com) or fax (919-882-9699). Refunds will only be given to cancellation requests received by close of business 10 business days prior to the event. Substitutions of attendees may be made in writing until five business days prior to the event. Any changes (including substitutions) made to an existing registration will incur a $25 processing fee. This cancellation policy will remain in effect in cases of inclement weather as long as the event/conference is not cancelled.
