Lifetime Achievement Award
Fletcher Willey, CPCU, AAI - The Willey Agency
J. Fletcher Willey, CPCU, AAI, President of The Willey Agency in Nags Head, NC, was the recipient of IIANC's highest award, The Lifetime Achievement Award. A former IIANC President, Fletcher has been a long-time active member of IIANC through his many years of service on the Board of Directors. He has won numerous IIANC awards for his work, including receiving the Young Agent of the Year award in 1986, Agent of the Year award in 1991, and the E.F. Young Award for Insurance Education in 1983. Fletcher is also very active in his community, working with the Dare County Board of Education, the Board of Trustees of the College of Albemarle, the Oregon Inlet and Waterways Commission, and others.

Jeff Haney, CPCU, ARM, President of ECM Solutions in Charlotte, NC was named the 2014 Agent of the Year for his outstanding service to IIANC. Jeff was most recently installed to the 2014-2015 Executive Committee as Treasurer.
IIANC Education Foundation Scholarship
Connor Insurance Agency
The 2014 IIANC Education Foundation Scholarship was presented to Connor Insurance Agency in Sherrills Ford, NC. This $5,000 scholarship is used for the staff’s continuing education. Chuck Connor accepted the award on the agency’s behalf.
Broker of the Year

2014 Broker of the Year honors went to Johnson & Johnson of Charleston, SC. This award is presented to the broker that has demonstrated support for association activities and commitment to the independent agency system. Johnson & Johnson previously won this award in 2006, 2007. 2008. 2009, 2010 and 2011.
Company of the Year
National General Insurance Company
National General Insurance Company received the 2014 Company of the Year award, which is presented to the company that has demonstrated support for association activities and commitment to the independent agency system. National General won this award in 2005 and 2006, under their former name, GMAC.
Young Agent of the Year
Jamie Lowrey - Senn Dunn Insurance
Jamie Lowrey of Senn Dunn Insurance in Raleigh, NC, was named IIANC’s 2014 Young Agent of the Year. Jamie has been actively involved with the Young Agents Committee, especially with his work with the Ronald McDonald Houses of North Carolina.
Company Professional of the Year
Gina Schwitzgebel, CIC, CPCU, ARM, AIC - NCJUA & NCIUA
The 2014 Company Professional of the Year award was given to Gina Schwitzgebel, CIC, CPCU, ARM, AIC of NCJUA & NCIUA in Cary, NC for the outstanding support she and her company have shown to IIANC throughout the years. Gina serves as the General Manager of the NCJUA & NCIUA.
